RE: Verizon Fios Update
Fios
Management was recently contacted by Verizon regarding the installation of the Fios system for Pacifica Promenade. Management was informed that the system that was originally presented to the Board has temporarily been placed on hold due to inconsistent internet speeds. Verizon has presented an alternative solution that will require installation of Fios in every unit instead installing into the trash rooms on every floor. Management will be working with Verizon and the Board of Directors to further explore the new option. Please stay tuned.

The Association’s building maintenance vendor, Protec Building Services, will be conducting the annual maintenance on the boiler system. Due to the boiler maintenance you will not have hot water.
Please see the below schedule:

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Please note that there will be NO HOT WATER during the above times. When the boilers are turned back on, you will experience a delay in hot water since it will take time to filter through the building.

WINDOW WASHING
Please be advised that Exterior Window Washing performed by SuperClean is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 through Wednesday May 9, 2012. To ensure that all windows are thoroughly cleaned, please remove all screens from your windows prior to May 1st or those windows will not be cleaned.

Below is a list of units that have screens which need to be removed from the interior of the unit. Again, these must be removed prior to the service day as the vendor will not return to clean the windows of the units that failed to remove the screens.
2nd floor Units:

501-512, 514-515, 517, 519, 521, 523, 525
